Baylor University and McLennan Community College (MCC) are partnering to host a hands-on summer camp for high school students interested in exploring cybersecurity careers.
Why This Camp
Every time you check email, stream a video, or ride in a smart car, you're relying on networks that need protection. Cybersecurity professionals are the invisible heroes keeping our digital world safe—and the world desperately needs more of them. With over 42,000 job openings in Texas alone and 3.5 million unfilled positions worldwide, Texas leads the nation in cybersecurity job growth potential.
What to Expect
Over five action-packed days, you'll dive into hands-on hacking exercises, hear from industry professionals, and learn from Baylor University and McLennan Community College faculty. The week culminates in an epic competition where you'll put your new skills to the test. No experience necessary.
